GYROKINESIS®

GYROKINESIS® is the mat form of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® and can be done anywhere.  The only equipment required is a low stool, chair or even a rock!  Generally taught as a group class, it starts out seated with a series of spiraling movements that gently engage your core, warm up your spine and open the energies of your body in preparation for the progressively deeper work that follows on the floor.

To schedule an appointment:

Call HummingHeart Studios at (310) 820-1248 or e-mail us.  We will return your call within 24 hours. Wear comfortable clothing such as fitted top and sweat pants for your session. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session to fill out paperwork.

24-hour cancellation policy:

We reserve appointment times especially for you, if you need to cancel please call within 24 hours of your scheduled time or you will be charged in full.
